Coaching

I'm a running coach based in Pensacola, Florida, and I work with runners online wherever they are. I coach adult recreational runners, beginners, marathoners, trail runners, ultrarunners, Masters athletes, and people who are simply trying to become more consistent and confident.

My own running has taken me through road races, trail races, ultramarathons, good race days, bad race days, PRs, and DNFs. I know what it feels like when training clicks, and I know what it feels like when it doesn't. Both experiences shape how I coach.

I'm an RRCA Level 2 Running Coach and a UESCA Certified Ultrarunning Coach. I love the nerdy side of training, but I also believe running should fit into a full life.

Steady, supportive, practical coaching.
1Step 1

We Start With You

I'll work with you to learn your running history, current fitness, schedule, goals and what you want from coaching. You don't need to be fast, experienced, or training for a specific event.

2Step 2

Your Plan Is Built Around Your Life

I create your personalized training plan in Final Surge. You'll see what to do each day, along with clear instructions, effort guides, and the purpose behind every workout.

3Step 3

Your Watch Helps Guide the Workout

Structured workouts can sync to compatible running watches and platforms. During your run, your device can guide you through intervals, recovery periods, pace targets, time, and distance, so you can focus more on running and less on remembering the workout.

4Step 4

We Review, Adjust and Keep Moving

Your completed workout syncs back to Final Surge, where I can review your progress and feedback. I'll answer questions and adjust the plan when your fitness, schedule, recovery, or life changes.

You're not handed a generic plan and left to figure it out. You get personalized training, regular feedback and a coach who stays involved.

Real people. Real schedules. Real progress.
